Saturday

Up at 6. Lay on my back to watch stars. And moon!! Write a haiku:

Sitting quietly

Starry swath of stars, gold moon

Coddled, luminous.

Golden moon coin sets

Anchoring bones and breathing

Palms like prayers  ascend

Gold moon disc setting

Resting into bones and breath

Palms like prayers arise

Back to bed but I don't sleep. Then really up at 7:30. We still have banana bread, papaya and peach yogurt. Thats a quick breakfast!
We go to activity presentation at 8:30, for a massage:) ava Marie works on me for 10 minutes and its quite helpful!
Then to Kilauea for Farmers Market. A blue dragon Kombuch a(blueberry lavendar)... lassgna, salad greens, cilantro and papaya.
We drive to Anini again because its so easy: clean and shady.
