Pilgrim knows somethings up! He's been a little on edge since his Spa Day Wednesday. Thursday his bowels were loose and yet, this morning at 4:00 ran outside to " do his business."

Everthing went well until Pilgrim threw up. We summoned the flight attendent.

Then Dan got a bloody nose. We summoned the flight attendent.

Suddenly Dan spilled his drink. No problem, we had enough cocktail napkins from the nose incident we just mopped up some more.

Pilgrim started panting and wanted to exit the row. My seat mate to the right suggested I walk him up and down the aisle. I said "no lets not stir things up!"

He laid down and couldn't help it, he pooped. We called the attendant and tucked the blob into the nose bleed bag!

We gad two more hours but he was smeared and too fragrant. Pilgrim felt so bad.

We deplaned to meet the Dept. of Agriculture inspector. Shechecked his ears and viewed our paperwork. "You'd better wash him up," she said kindly.

We trotted to the elevator and took him to the garden. I tried the hose, his tail was streaked green and his haunches caked. It didn't work. A nice lady escorted us to the sand lot where there was water and paper towels, we just kept at it until the stained fur faded.

Then we went to our next gate to catch our flight to Kauai. Once aboard, the pilot announced there was s problem and we would catch the plane st gate 53!

Everyone deboarded and trotted to another plane.

Dan and I were too tired to react. That flight went perfectly.

We gathered our duitcases and went to the rental car kiosk. Dan reserved a blue Hyundai Sonata. We drove to the hotel and checked in at 4:00. ( 14 hours ) 

We were determined to eat and made a beeline to the Olympic Cafe in Kapaa. Dan had the kalua pork burrito and me the spicy thai wrap with papaya.

Then a quick grocery stop at Foodland to buy pumpkin for Pilgrim's tummy. And we settled onto the beach to watch the ocean under the ironwood trees. The rain was creeping up the coast so we made a call/ bedtime!!
