Thursday Slept super deep again! Need to lay off the melatonin or take 1/2. I don't want to go back 30 years. Up feed Pilgrim and take him out. Dan makes coffee! Choose juicy Anahola granola with banana and almond milk. Mm great! Love the toasty mac nuts. We walk to the Adirondacks and look for whales... not yet. Dan drives me to yoga with Bhavani at 10:00. Amazing class about anchoring into big toe and flattening neck of big toe. She also quoted her mamma saying, ". It's better to do the right thing for the right reason than the right way." And yoga teaches up about ourself. Dan buys me a ginger kombucha for the ride home. Then we re heat the olive pizza and make a salad with avocado and papaya:) Packing it up we drive to Anini Beach for some cloudy- sun and beach combing. The rain drives us away. Home to call Ken and paint.
